An hour and a half later
it's all the same I'm just sayin'
shining eyes and patience
upon taking a seat at the table
with instruments playing
chords vibrating voices raised
love notes in the making
in the first of three stages
of fresh new acquaintances
earlier or later accommodation
eyebrows overhanging faces
infinite grays resolute gazes
no time to turn away
marking our places in pages
unmistakably unafraid
understatedly self-contained
comfortingly regenerated
fleeting dismay
minus hesitation
claiming united aims
smiling amiably
all across oblong faces
of edifying exhortation
faintly illuminated
vows exchanged
like highly verifiable rewired
yet still unreliable Cloud 9's
during synchronized
cries of, "SHOO FLY!"...
